Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, optional phone number, industry, team size, budget range, timeline and your description of the process you want automated. We also record the page you submitted from, your IP address, browser user agent and referring page, to detect spam and understand which pages generate enquiries.
How we use it
We use enquiry data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquirers to unrelated marketing lists.
Cookies and advertising
We use a small number of analytics and advertising technologies, which may include the Meta pixel, to measure which campaigns lead to enquiries. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share event data with the relevant advertising platform. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site will continue to work.
Who we share it with
Enquiry data may pass through service providers acting on our instructions: hosting, email delivery and the tools we use to manage enquiries. Advertising platforms receive conversion events as described above. We do not share your enquiry content with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law.
Client data during engagements
Data you share with us during a project is governed by the engagement agreement, not this policy. In engagements we use model providers configured for zero data retention, keep client data in the client's own systems wherever possible, and sign confidentiality and data processing terms before work starts.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will action it, usually within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted transport, access controls and least-privilege credentials. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
